At Wordify English, we offer digital products such as online courses and downloadable PDF notes. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
We strongly advise users to carefully review course details, syllabus, pricing, and batch information before making a purchase. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final, except in the limited situations described in this policy.
Refund Policy
Course Exchange & Replacement
While refunds are not permitted, course replacement or exchange may be allowed in limited cases, subject entirely to approval by Wordify English.
Exchange may be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- ✓The student mistakenly purchased the wrong course or enrolled in the wrong batch
- ✓The request is submitted within 3 days of purchase
- ✓The course completion has not exceeded 20%
⚠️ Approval of any exchange request is at the sole discretion of the instructor or platform and is not based on personal preference or change of mind. No exchange requests will be accepted after 3 days under any circumstances.
Price Difference During Exchange
If an exchange is approved, the following pricing rules apply:

📌 All exchanges must be of equal or comparable value and are subject to availability of the requested course or batch.
Batch Transfer Policy
Batch transfer is allowed only in cases where a student has enrolled in the wrong batch. Such requests must be raised within 3 days of purchase.
🚫 No batch transfers will be permitted after 3 days, without exception.
Mode of Communication
All refund, exchange, or batch transfer requests must be made using the same registered email ID or mobile number used at the time of purchase.
⚠️ Requests received from unregistered or mismatched contact details may not be considered. Please ensure you contact us using your registered details only.
Payment Method for Adjustments
Any approved refund — applicable only in cases such as price difference during an exchange — will be processed through the original payment method, including UPI or other supported online payment systems.
Sale & Discounted Items
Shipping & Delivery
As our products are primarily digital, physical shipping is generally not applicable. If any shipping or delivery charges apply in special cases, such costs must be borne by the customer.
Final Decision Authority
All decisions regarding refunds, exchanges, batch transfers, and adjustments are made solely by Wordify English. Our decisions are final and binding, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
